The Twins couldn’t get it going on either end of the doubleheader in Cleveland on Saturday, with Matt Wallner’s first MLB home run being the only run production for the team in a 5-1 loss to start the day.

Then, the Twins and Guardians waged a war of futility in the nightcap with Cleveland coming away with a one-run victory in the 15th inning.

The Twins are 72-73, seven games out of first place and completely buried with 17 games left to play.
