Joe Ryan brought the money for a second straight start as the rookie righty combined with Jovani Moran and Jhoan Duran to toss a three-hit shutout in a win over division-leading Cleveland on Sunday. Monday’s game will wrap up the wraparound weekend series.

Jake Cave homered in the fifth and Luis Arraez singled home a pair in the ninth to complete the scoring on the day, with the Twins piling up 10 hits and 13 total baserunners to Cleveland’s six.

The Twins improved to 73-73 on the season with 16 games remaining.
