The White Sox struck for four runs in both the third and fourth innings on the way to an 8-3 win over the Twins at Guaranteed Rate Field on Tuesday evening.
Both teams will reconvene Wednesday afternoon for the season finale — a 3:10 first pitch between Louie Varland and Davis Martin.
Luis Arraez closed the game with a .315 batting average — four points clear of Aaron Judge (.311) in the race to see if Judge can win a Triple Crown.
The Twins are 77-84.
