The Minnesota Twins lost to the Chicago White Sox in Thursday night's series opener. The White Sox scored 12 runs, with four coming on a huge grand slam from Luis Robert in the fourth. The Twins stranded more runners, and both the Sox and Guardians picked up a game in the standings. The Twins are 49-42.
