The Minnesota Twins gave us a glimpse of the future in Friday night's win over the Oakland Athletics at Target Field. Josh Winder started and threw six great innings, striking out eight and allowing one unearned run. Royce Lewis made his debut and got on the board with a hit in the eighth, and José Miranda blasted his first home run of the season. Byron Buxton also homered, tying him for the league lead with nine on the season. The Twins are 16-11.
