The Cleveland Indians, in a stunning move, waived their All-Star closer Brad Hand to avoid paying his $1 million buyout on the $10 million club option. Even more stunning, 29 other teams didn't think he was worth that either and left him on waivers. He's now a free agent and could be the biggest steal of the offseason.
