It's long been known that Cleveland would part with their superstar shortstop Francisco Lindor this winter. The deal is done. Lindor will join the new-era Mets under owner Steven Cohen, who is already running a different ballgame since acquiring the team just a few months back. Along with Lindor, the Mets received RHP Carlos Carrasco, who has been a top-line starter in his career. The Mets got better. Cleveland got worse. The American League Central just got a lot more clear.
