Joe Ryan started for the Minnesota Twins in Friday's game and he was absolutely terrific, surrendering just one run and striking out seven Red Sox in six innings. Unfortunately for the Twins, it wasn't all good. Byron Buxton slid into second and immediately exited the game in the top of the first inning. Reports say he has knee soreness and will be further evaluated. The Twins are 3-4.
