Twins outscore Cubs 12-2, take two of three before final week of season

The Twins went 3-4 on their road trip to Chicago but finished on a high note. Nationally televised on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, José Berríos dealt. He went six strong, allowed zero runs and lowered his ERA in his last six starts to 2.14. Facing the N.L. Cy Young favorite Yu Darvish, Max Kepler went 2-for-4 with a home run and a leadoff single in the first. The Twins tagged Darvish for four runs and won the game 4-0. They'll head into the final week of the season with a two game deficit in the A.L. Central and a one game lead on the Yankees for home field in their projected first round matchup.
