The Minnesota Twins swept the San Francisco Giants at Target Field, keeping their hopes alive as they fight for their third division title in four seasons. The Twins outscored the Giants 20-5 in a clean three-game sweep, relying on Carlos Correa, Jake Cave, and multiple other offensive contributors to secure the victories. Joe Ryan was outstanding Friday night and Sonny Gray was solid Saturday. Aaron Sanchez gave the Twins a chance to win Sunday and they took it. The Twins are 65-61 and two games back of first place in the American League Central.
