The Minnesota Twins, after losing out on Carlos Correa, Carlos Rodón, Willson Contreras and a plethora of other free agents, recently inked outfielder Joey Gallo to a one-year, $11 million contract. It's a curious move for a team with an evident glut in left-handed corner bats. Gallo is coming off a very poor season with the Yankees and Dodgers and is hoping to rebuild his value.
